MAX-N Environment Statement

MAX-N has developed an environmental statement to guide our strategic vision and commitments for sustainable and ethical fashion. 

At MAX-N, we are committed to creating a positive impact on the environment through our sustainable practices and responsible approach to fashion. We recognise the urgent need to address the challenges our planet faces and strive to be a catalyst for change within the fashion industry.

We prioritise the conservation of natural resources and minimise our ecological footprint at every stage of our operations. From sourcing materials to manufacturing processes, we actively seek sustainable alternatives and work with suppliers who share our values. Our goal is to ensure that our environmental impact remains as low as possible without compromising on the quality and aesthetics of our products.

MAX-N is committed to:

  • Sourcing sustainable fabrics for our clothing ranges that minimises impact on the environment, including the use of certified recycled fabrics.
  • Using certified eco-friendly dyes that are non-toxic and have no impact on the environment.
  • Using fabrics and labour conditions that adhere to expected social norms and values.
  • Driving consumer and community education around inclusion and sustainability in the fashion industry.
  • Using packaging with minimal impact on the environment, such as biodegradable packaging for our garments and mailing bags.
  • Ensuring we stay updated with innovation in the fashion industry to ensure our range of activewear continue to adhere to our environmental commitments.
  • Developing partnerships that align to our environmental statement including through the MAX-N reduce, reuse and recycle initiative.

By selecting materials with a lower environmental impact, we contribute to the preservation of ecosystems and support a circular economy.

Reduce, reuse and recycle initiative

MAX-N has created the reduce, reuse and recycle initiative to protect the environment and to stop any of our clothing ending up in landfill. 

When MAX-N clothing is sent back to us for recycling, the textiles are mechanically shredded and recycled fiber spun back into yarn and other various recycled products.

The MAX-N initiative will allow MAX-N customers to send any of their old and worn MAX-N clothing back to us and receive a $5.00 store credit and additional points on their MAX-N accounts. We are committed to ensuring a circular economy to reduce any adverse impact on the environment.
